Me, I haven't even looked at a set of irons since I bought the ones I have. I'm 100% concentrating on improving and getting my handicap down. Hopefully the guys I played with yesterday on here can confirm I should be lower, just need to play in some comps.To be honest new kit doesn't really bother me (for the time being )
Never say never though, once I'm lower who knows.

that's funny, i've done similar, though not on your scale, i ve got so many different shafts for my titleist 910 thanks to ebay

ty Richy, I am a big believer in you can't buy a game and tbh thats the prob. I reckon if I got custom fit, full whack for a full bag I would persevere and get my moneys worth, with buying 2nd hand its all too easy to blame the clubs or chop and change!

What use would 1000 1p sales feedback be? Maybe if they had a history of selling other golf equipment with happy buyers that would be of more use?!
I don't mean to put a downer on the purchase at all I simply passed a comment about the lack of feedback which has maybe been taken to heart? I sincerely hope its the great purchase it appears to be!

no probs Steven, I am usually astute and avoid low feedback... paypal maybe required but the pics et al look pretty genuine.

I was trying to point out that in the time it might take to establish the value of a raw feedback number (the process you have now added to the simple number) you could of established (in this case) who the seller was, and made your own informed decison.
Put another way -
1.Everybody has to make a first sale
2.Feedback numbers have no inherent value
3. None of this has any real relevance to 'fakes'
The real value of you early observation was paypal's contribution.
Anyhow, let's put this to one side and just agree that buying from a person in Nigeria, with no feedback and requesting payment via wire transfer only is probably not going to be the best bargin of your life

You will be surprised, i had a set of better player irons and could hit them as good as my game improver irons
