Ok, this is from a Northerner, Downing is poop!!!! as for when he is back on form, i'd rather have Stanley Matthews at his current age OR play with 10 men.
As for Heskey, he will NOT be in the starting line up next year. Either Cole or a fit Ashton are a far better proposition. Capello will NOT play Rooney & Defoe in the same starting line up.
As for Wilshire, not seen much of him yet but he looks a decent prospect. For the world cup? Too early. Would be like Walcott last time
