How far is it to Leiberech (sorry about the spelling). I've worked there and wouldnt mind half a day up there...

I want to know, per Hacker Khan's post,when did a wall come down in Prague?

It was about 1991, just of Wenceslas Square, some dodgy builder had not made the mortar to a good enough standard. So blam, down it went. And next thing you know David Hasselhoff is singing and it all kicked off. Happy days.

Liberec is a bit over a hundred km. say an hour and a half by road (plus whatever it takes to get out of Prague!)

Got back Sunday. Fully recomend Prague for a weekend trip. Bit dodgey in places, but isn't every City?

We went to Lehka Hlava aka the clear head, twice. Thanks for the recomendation on that! Unreal food at unreal prices.

Drank WAY to many Pilsner Urquells!
