Does anyone know if you have handed in your notice at work but have accrued holiday to take is a company obliged to let you take it during your notice period?
Interesting, I did not know that. Not necessarily a good idea for a company to have a disgruntled employee working days when they feel they should not be. I doubt many are productive in those circumstances and so it would be a bold move to enforce it. I get that it may happen in some cases howeverThe company do not have to allow your holiday if not booked and it will have a detrimental affect on your job. You just get it paid in final salary when you leave
