I played shocking golf and hurt my back in the process. Dosed up on painkillers to try and play the stableford tomorrow

Yep, Winter Meeting, stroke play on the full course but still on fairway mats. First time playing under those circumstances. Not sure what to make of it as the wind was so bad. Don't know anyone that broke 90, it was a brutal experience for sure.

Played 4-ball friendly team roll up all 4 to count off the whites.
Holed a 50 footer on the first for a par and thought, "Get in here we go!" Proceeded to then putt like a sheep with the botts and stank the place out in fine style.
Our group came last of 5 but at least the weather was magnificent.

No golf for me this weekend due to a combination of work, wind, rain and sleet. Not looking much better for the coming week either. Seems like there's been a constant 40mph wind since December.

Didn't play. Back was fine but went to a mates 60th at the golf club last night. Despite my very best intentions it got seriously out of hand and by tee of time this morning I wasn't moving anywhere other than the smallest room. In fact I've not moved too far from my bed all day. On the plus side, reports coming in suggest the birthday boy is in a far worse state - but what a night
