Has anyone played here?
Im thinking of ging to have a look about membership so any feedback on your views would be great.

Was just about to reply to the comments and thank evryone.
Im aware North Hants is in Hampshire but its only 15 mins from my house so that was my reason for asking.
Will reply on the other post about your recommendations.

Blimey - you can do Ascot to Fleet in 15 minutes. Hope there aren't any Rozzas on here

North Hants is pretty good, if a little noisy. Justin Rose's home course. Only played it once, last year, but we will go back again this year. Worth playing but there are better courses around.

Camberley to Fleet in 15 mins.
Ive put Ascot down as my location as thats where i play.
That would be some speed to get there that quick from Ascot.

If you are 30 plus, I think the annual membership fee is roughly the same for North Hants and Ascot.

Used to play there every year on a works doo,Few years ago now mind ,but what i remember ,the course was always in good condition and greens were always good,didnt rate the clubhouse mind!!!!

Played it a few times. We have a close link with North Hants, as the Hampshire Hog, top amateur event, is played over the two courses in April. Course is not bad, but clubhouse was the big waste of money. Members have told me there is no atmosphere due to its huge size. It cost millions which the club made by selling off two holes for development.

Wouldn't be my choice as a members club, but as i said before not a bad course.

Mongoose. What courses would you say are better?

Hankley Common, Blackmoor, Woking for a start. N Hants is fine, nothing wrong with it, but I would play other courses before there.

Hankley Common is better than most courses full stop. Just don't look at the cost to join. Before i joined Blackmoor i looked at it as it is only a couple of miles from where i live. A few quid under £5000 to join as a full member !!!!!!!!
