Is there anyone else out there who thinks Carroll is a decent player playing in a poorly managed team.

No, just lack of hard work and desire and confidence. It's only the last 4or5 games that he's started to show an improvement in these and he's got his rewards.

Even us foxes were linked with him for £5m when good old Sven was here, wish we'd bought him instead of beckford!! Looks a good player but time will tell.

How's Matt Mills doing these days ? Now that was one of our best bits of business. Mills out for £5 million, and Gorkks in for less than £1 million. Anyone at Reading knew he only plays well in televised games, which is presumably when Sven saw him.
