Lovely day out with my daughter Lydia today.
I had two, an 18lb Common and a 15.5lb Mirror and Lydia had a 12lb Common and then beat me at the last with her own 18.5lb Mirror. Quality day out....



Bugger. Don't know how to rotate those ones!

We are off to France at the end of June for a week. Private 5 acre lake with exclusive fishing with a log cabin. Fish go to mid forties, so hoping to beat my 26lb personal best. Fingers crossed.

Love my fishing but don't do it as much as I used to because golf has taken over. I still go out a few times a year sea fishing from the shore or boat.
Last year caught nothing from the shore to mention but had 5 Ling between 25 and 45 Lb. Also had Pollock to 20 Lb and a PB Bass of 15 Lb.
Might get out for a few more night sessions this year of the shore fishing is better than last year.
