The fact of the matter is nobody will buy anything from him anyway until he is a trusted forumer which will probably take 800-1000 posts, I certainly wouldn't hand any money over until then so lets just see if he does stick around.

C'mon, we've seen it before and we'll see it again no doubt. His cover story was a bit thin, if he'd stuck to a simple story it might have worked, but the various threads last night just set the alarm bells ringing.
In one post it was his uncle who was a rep, "hya taylormade all day long my uncle is a main agent for them and ive had some pretty good stuff over the years one thing i have learnt tour equipment kiss the ass of the retail stuff"

and in another it's his dads mate.

"sure no problem myself and my dad have been invloved in golf for 20 years and he has a good contact in the states and he is a main dealer for taylormade with acsess to the tour van stock if you saw these guys they are artists with golf clubs the stuff most of us use is nothing compared to tour stuff"

Plus he brought up the fact that there is a lot of fake TM stuff on the go and he's a crusader fighting agains the far east domination of the fake gear market.

And as J_F noted, he has a strong opinion of his own ability ! ( Hes actually the first low player on this forum to be that condescending towards us mere mortals. That was a downfall of some other forums I used to view)

Don't think I'll be taking up his offer. ( Tried TM in the past and didn't like it !)

Let's face it these 'types' often don't stick around for long around here. I hope for his sake that he is peddling gear, or he'll think we're the the most clicky forum on the web.

However, he didn't really follow standard internet forum protocol. Mind you, I don't think I did on my first post. But I'm still around.

Clearly another chance who has seen the buy/sell part of the forum and seen a quick in to peddle what will almost certainly be TM fakes. I hope he'll realise no-one is interested in someone who clearly hasn't grabbed the concept that if you are going to lie at least be consistant and that he will disappear to the murky cesspool he inhabits never to bother us again

To be fair my heart wasn't really in that one. Had spen all evening in anticipation of watching one of my fav bands Marillion on a live TV show on a channel called RED (sky 180). What a load of tosh (most amateurish programme ever made). Left me very deflated hence my lack of inspiration. My fellow forummers made the point pretty well and mine was, if you like, the guy who puts it into the net after the ball has already crossed the line. Beware though you spammers I have a real doozy ready for the next one to invade our happy commune with blatant commercialisation.
