Hi there,
Thought I would say hello to everyone!
My name is Jamie, I'm 20 and a student. I'm in my third year at Uni studying Accountancy. I'm from Hamilton, near Glasgow.
I started playing again last year after stopping as a junior and I'm just getting into the swing of things.
I don't have an official handicap yet, on the list of things to do this summer, although I estimate it around 25ish.
I dont imagine having any problems getting it down this summer though, as my putting is spot on, and I know that this is a major factor in getting the strokes down!
As I've said that I dont have an official handicap, you've probably guessed that I'm not a member of a club. I play the local muni courses.
Anyway enough waffle for now, I'll hopefully meet a few of you for a round some time!

It depends really, I found the first 2 years of my course a breeze, with the exception of the law aspect! But this year, its hit me like a brick.
To be honest, with all your high school, 4 years at uni and if you want to become chartered, which most do, 3 more years of on the job training and exams, you really have to be dedicated.
If you do make it, then there is great rewards though, nice salary, benefits and if your lucky, perhaps a corporate membership to a nice course. My cousin got a membership to turnberry!

Yeah, well I hardly need a new drain on my studies, my first exam is on friday, and then I have three more finishing on the 26th! Covering a wide range of topics too! Absolute nightmare!
