Hi there,
Just thought i'd say hello. Well, I have been playing for about 10 years, on and off (mostly off) never had an official handicap, but, I have just joined a course in Wiltshire for a year and going to start taking it seriously. I have never been a member anywhere before but I think it will 'force' me to play regularly.
I purchased some new clubs, Wilson deep red, nothing special but they should get me going in the right direction.
I normally play stableford off 22 and get between 12 and 20 points for 9 holes. My most recent 2 9ers were 19 & 17pts. I have had a couple of lessons towards the end of 2011 with my pal, who is a pro and want to cement the lessons down before having another.
