Horrid horrid horrid. I hate the look of all electric cars that just try to look funky and different. I drove past a Ford garage the other day and almost puked when I saw the Explorer.

That hasn't been through a wind tunnel test yet 😄. Ugly, but hopefully as @BTatHome says, they are very much the first draft.

What is going to be tricky here is that they clearly want to heavily rebrand jaguar because it's failing, but we all have an image of what a jaguar should be. Us oldies are going to find this process jarring.

Sadly, I don't think jaguar is going to survive this and within a short few years it will be no more ☹️

I think the remodelling of the jag image is too late, they’ve missed a generation.

The purists are of an older age where the audience of volume sales is limited. It’s missed a mid age generation for appreciation (35-55) who recall the historic brand and its pedigree so now have no option but to go trendy

It’s a all or nothing approach to try and rescue a once great British brand, I just hope it pay off!

Looks like it's just following the same concept as Land Rover and Range Rover - big and luxurious but a bit boxy and comic book. Doesn't look like a top end sports car.

I'm not sure maximising shareholder value featured highly enough in their thinking.
