I'm looking for a new bag but I'm on a bit of a budget so looking for something relatively cheap.

I'm using a trolley bag just now and its still in good nick, but its not ideal for going away on golf days and stuff as its quite bulky.

The thing is I can only have one bag, ideally I would just buy a stand bag and use both whenever it suits, but i don't have the storage space to keep both.

Are there any decent stand bags that are good for use on the trolley too, as I'd still like to use my trolley now and again.

Been looking at the Motocaddy Hybrid bag as this looks like it'd do the job. I could get it at a cracking price of £49.99, but I'm looking for any other input before I go ahead buy it.

Any recommendations?

motocaddy hybrid for £50 sounds the best option to me will sit nice on the trooley and also can use as a stand bag on days out, there are a couple of other hybrid bags sun mountain etc but nothing around £50. And IMO far better option than getting a standard stand make and making do on the trolley.

What ever you go for make sure it has 14 dividers, club shafts tangling up is my pet hate and frustration.

This... May be more expensive though.

Not if buying second-hand, I'm sorted now thanks to Region3 but I was following loads on the dreaded fleabay and some have sold for less than the postage costs and in very good condition.

I've got the Callaway Euro Chev (or something similar), which has a solid base, but is a stand bag. Works well on a trolley.

I have the Motocaddy hybrid bag, it does the job but is not so comfy to carry as others. Works for me though carrying only about 10% of the time.

Thanks for the replies.

The Motocaddy only has 11 full length dividers but i don't think that is a big issue for me tbh.

The Calloway Chev looks like a nice bag and could get that for £55 so could be an option. Would it stay on the trolley ok with just the trolley clips or would i need extra bungee cords and stuff? cos i probably couldn't be bothered with the hassle if so.

Ping Hoofer is a bit pricey for me, at about £100, and i don't want to buy 2nd hand cos i'm a fussy git.

It's fine on my GoKart, which has a bungee cord at the bottom and a strap at the top.

I picked up a motocaddy hybrid a few weeks back.

Plenty of pockets and hooks etc.

Well pleased as it was on discount. I tried the bag in a trolley and it fits brilliantly but I plan to use it predominately as a stand bag.

Cheers for the input boys, I've went for the Motocaddy one, i'll stick a review on this thread once i've tested it out.
