Make sure you phone the subs number to inform them and you'll get an extra issue added to your subscription. Mine has arrived on time, really nice to have the mag on the doorstep and early.
No problem with the tees last month, mine were attached.
As for how long it takes before the first issue arrived, not sure on mine. I thought it was the issue released in December but first one arrived in January so assume it was a month later starting.
