I would like to change the address my mag is delivered to and thought I would do it online at myipcsubscription.com, but I can't find my subscriber number. I received my new magazine today and thought that the number I needed would be on the address slip...but no. The site tells me that the number I need is 8 digits long but the only number on my slip (apart from the issue number, 201103) is 5 digits. I've added leading zeroes etc. but to no avail. Am I missing something?

Or e-mail.
But get them to give you your number and store it

I don't think the subscription number is on the address slip. I was looking for it recently had eventually gave up and had to use the contact form on the IPC website to request my sub number. It took about 3 or 4 working days for them to get back to me with the number but all is fine now.

Thanks for the replies guys. It says on the site that "You can find your subscriber number on any correspondence from us", but apparently not.
