My SP Golf Trainer

So then guys, anyone got one or used one? http://www.myspgolf.co.uk/ in basic terms is a muscle memory/resistance training tool.

In brief, i joked on twitter a few weeks ago with @onlinegolfcoach that i was his 1000th follower and where was my prize?!

Anyway, long story short, i just actually met Dean while he was filming some stuff for his site and golfshake and it turns out he lives near me, and he is part of the SP golf trainer business (i think)

after some banter and abuse for not even replying to my tweet, he just gave me one of these SP trainers as a prize! looking forward to giving it a go at the range!

Look forward to your review, Just had a look at the website and I cant see it helping but it would be good to know your thoughts after you have used it. I guess we will tell if it works if its not in the classifieds section by the end of the month

i have not even opened it yet, think its a waist band, like a climbing harness kind of thing, and 2 different strength bungees (if you want to call them that) i think the idea is to promote a smooth action against the tension of the band, then ingraining muscle memory.. i will read the instructions before trying!
