I was on the ranges between 12 and 2 and to be fair whilst I was swinging away it was actually pretty pleasant. Off to play on Friday all things (i.e. the weather) being equal

I picked them up about 4 and went straight out onto the range at Clays with them.
Just magical, Christmas on the 3rd of December. I couldn't stop smiling wist I was hitting them. I thought sods law I will be swinging like a monkey but I didnt I was nailing them.
I love the wedges with.
I was creaming the 4 iron out of the middle and it was flying like it should do everytime.
I almost cancelled football tonight to go back to the range. I cannot wait till next week to get out and play now, I wont get a chance till Monday.

Here's a thought - If we don't want to be blinded by the sun glinting off our wedges (satin/black nickel finishes) then why are a lot of irons shiny??????

Ive been out today as it was nice and sunny, they have finally gone to winter greens and tees and I had a crap round, never hit more than one drive properly, always in trouble, never hit more than a couple of irons well at all and putting was poor but expected on winters. What a bummer!

TBH I went for the Nickel finish because the pro said it spins the ball better than the shiny finish. True? who knows?
