I know I'm not Bob, mate, but I'll tell you what I see that'll help you striaght away. It's very simple.

you need to kick your hips in towards the target a little at address in a reverse K set-up. If you get this angle correct and hold it all the way to the toip you'll correct your overswing, which is primarily (as seen from this angle)coming form your spine tilt angle at the top. You need to have your tailbone moving towards the target and your spine angled away from it. Yours is ever so slightly tilted towards the target. It's very hard to get to impact consistently from there.

This is how you want to look at address.

And more like this at the top. See the angle of his back? That's his tailbone moving towards the target and set-up postion that does that.

Get this right and you'll be amazed at how much better your swing looks.

Ive got a terrible fade,my shots start straight but dont stay there!

Its not easy to tell from that view, but judging by the pic below, your standing to close to the ball at address and very upright.
Try and move back a bit and bend over a little. With the ball in a better position, you'll be able to swing through the ball and not swing into your body

Good luck and let us know how you get on :)

Thanks for the second video, just confirmed what I saw.
Standing too close to the ball. Can you see the small gap between your hands and thigh

If you straighten your knees a litle, then bend more from the hips and lift your hands slightly, you wont hit that horror slice

Apart from that slight problem with the set-up, the swing looks great. Go out and enjoy it :D
