Club Champion
Yesterday, my club held the annual club championships.
The top 15 ladies/20 men of the club could take part.
The competition was played on 36 holes.
I ended up winning!
Some useful information: Okay, I know it's a par 62 :S but don't misjudge I had 10 strokes with 12,0 handicap
You don't get the right to mess up your tee shot because there are 10 par 3's!
And yeah given the length of the course we don't have very low handicapped ladies.. Because they all leave when they get to 10 hcp. So anyway, it was between me and 5 other 11-13 handicappers.
I finished the first 9 holes even par!! Then I don't know what took me, I messed up the 15 and 16. Finishing the first 18 with 71 (+9). Played steady golf shooting 70 (+8) on the back 18.
Finished with +17 after 36 holes. Cut my hcp from 11.4 to 10.8 shooting 37 and 38 stb) and finished first !
