Hole-in-1
today at our 198yrd par 3 11th hole.
I was 1 over par through 7 holes, I went par birdie birdie hole-in-1 to bring me back level, finished level for 18 holes.
so a wee cut to bring me down to 2.2 hopefully.

What a feeling. I know it's my 5th, but that feeling, it's as if we've never had one before.

Well done, as someone that has never had one i am very envious. The course i play has five par threes so i have increased my chances ;)

Well done CC good shooting and the h/c is progressing nicely. I got to 3 under gross after 7 today but fell away quite pathetically tbh :D

Great shooting. In theory I should have a chance of getting one as my course has 6 par 3's but as most are over 170 yards long with two over 200 yards then it isn't easy. I've never really scared the hole ever for an ace so I'm extremely jealous of your accuracy and skill

I'm confused. :D Well done on the hole in one though.
I always put it down to luck, but I think 5 must be skill. :)

My take on hole in ones, is that you either have multiples, or none. I've had 3, which proves it is just luck and not skill. Can't be skill.

Mate of mine had one on Friday. His partner had nailed a beauty to 6", proper golf shot, height, draw, stop, etc. Washy stood on the tee, scalped a low slice, killed it on the bunker edge, right angle squirter, clanked the pin, and dropped. Who hit the better shot? But no pictures on the card.
