I got a cheap one from lidl for around €15 from memory. Good enough for when out walking the dogs and I don't worry about it getting wet when it's lashing down. Might be an option if you see one.

Just put a larger memory card in your phone & put your music on that.
Then get a pair of Bluetooth headphones from Amazon, then you haven't got any wires to get tangled up.

I have 4 of these for the wife, 2 boys and myself all i add is a 2gb memory card from memory bits and I have a decent enough wee mp3 player for under £6.

I have looked at those, but was looking for something with a screen

I've just looked. Wireless head phones have come down a lot in price in the last year or 2 since I last looked.
Thanks for that, will have a mooch around.

I see it but I can't see how people can practice without all their senses! Each to there own I suppose.

I bought a Phillips MP3 player a few years ago - from Richer Sounds for about £30 - so should be a tenner or less now. Has a screen showing content and 1Gb was plenty for several (half a dozen?) albums (compressed I presume) and that's probably upped a bit since too.

A little bit bigger than a matchbox and half as thick. Old style cigarette lighter size. I don't smoke btw. Just convenient comparisons!

Wireless headphones could be the way though.

I couldn't listen and swing (well) at the same time - I have testicles.
