Hi, my motocaddy battery stopped working so I've returned it back to motocaddy. It still has a year and a half on its warranty, however having played through the winter league at my local course( which was a wet winter) water must of got into it somehow. However they are not warranting my warranty as the think I've jet washed my trolly and battery or submerged it somehow.
I don't want to be fobbed off but yet I'm struggling where I stand.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

If it was that wet, should the course have been open?
I have a MC trolley, and I dont remember the battery ever getting that wet and that includes a very wet winter.
Have you read the small print on the battery warranty conditions?
