Motocaddy battery melted

I dropped motocaddy a email last night and I had the managing director call me by 10 am today totally off his own back :)
He was very apologetic and understood why I no longer wanted a lead battery and he plans to disect the battery and charger to see what has failed and has offered me a free lithium battery and charger to compliment my trolley.
So I shall go back to american golf and purchase my s1 again.

I am really pleased with how they have handled it and I felt like they were 100% on my side and willing to resolve this quickly and easily. So I shall be back using a motocaddy very soon and I'm thoroughly looking forward to it.

I had really good customer service from Motocaddy too. My push trolley cool bag was delivered with a broken strap that hadn't been sewn properly into the bag seam. I sent an email, and the next morning had a reply, and had a new bag despatched pretty quickly.

Might have to find that one , as my motocaddy has snapped an axle and is out of action until I get it fixed. Really don't want to have to carry, have two rounds this weekend.

Brian, if you are desperate, you can have my Powacaddy push trolley for a few weeks. no golf plans and am carrying at the minute too.
