Morecombe or Heysham golf club

I have a free sat next week and there is an open 4 person team at both clubs, but which is the better course?
I'm favouring heysham just because it's got some par 5s. Anyone play both have an opinion?

I haven't played Morecambe, but I enjoyed heysham, although quite tough (long) in places.

Played them both once and much preferred Morecambe.

There are some long par 4's at Heysham and it is probably more difficult and longer. You need to be straighter at Morecambe and there is probably too many par 3's for my liking. The greens at Morecambe are marginally better although nothing wrong with Heysham and the Clubhouse is better with good food and real ale and better views.

The view of Heysham Power Station is not ideal but it is golf you are looking for. Not much to chose and we play both every year in Comps and on balance I would take Morecambe
