4 hours usually. Sometimes a bit quicker and sometimes a bit slower. It is the norm for comp play and roll up games and I'm not too concerned. It tends to move and rarely feels like you've been out there forever

On a competition day if you tee off early you take about 4 hours, teeing off a couple of hours (or more ) later it can take up to 5 hours!

The time advised by the committee at ours is 4hrs 9mins. If you finish after this questions are asked. We finish under this every week our round usually taking 3hrs 45 to the 4hour mark. It's usually a good pace with little hanging around, the first 3 at ours tend to bottle neck a bit then it clears. I find it acceptable we would all like it be quicker but we enjoy it and have a good bit of banter on the way round.

4 hours round my place is around acceptable but have played in 5 hour plus round in comps following groups that are 4,5 holes behind group in front! Slow play is expected in comps usually from cat 1 golfers....

4:30 where I am now 4:00 at the course before, so it's completely down to course length (inc green to tee) course conditions & to a lesser extent the volume of players

par 64 course pretty short, can do 18 holes in 3hrs, however on a saturday medal its usually closer to 4hrs which feels veeeery long!!

It really does depend who is on the course. When it's busy the 4-4:30 especially if there are a lot of seniors out but if it's fairly quiet then 3-3:30.

Usually the 4 hour mark, which is slow considering the story I am about to tell, My youngest son is 6 and I take him to a wee pitch N putt course to learn his stuff, however I was going up to my local 9 hole course and he wanted to come, I thought no chance it will destroy you as it is too long 3247 from yellows for me, he played from reds which is still probably about 2700yds. Well he played his usual hit and walk after it how many shots did he take ? I did not know as I told him not to count the shots and we finished with a shake of the hand on the 9th green on the 2 hour mark and that is with waiting for a 2 ball on the 7th tee so they could play through as I didnt want anyone close behind us. So if 2 ball which includes a 6 year old can do it in 2 hours with time to spare over 4 hours for men/women is a joke.

Only play 3 balls at weekend as it is medals but as we have 2 courses the 1 that is supposed to be easier takes 3.30 and the harder 1 is 4. Does not feel long when playing.
