Mizuno pro 245

Had a hit with these at the local AG, very nice.
Said I'd go back for a proper look .

Just swapped out my JPX 923 Tours with Stiff C Tapers, for a set of 245s with $ Taper Stiff.

I was fitted for the JPX at CLubhouse golf and love em. Fantastic clubs. The 245's are however differnt gravy.

They feel sublime and as close to a fully forged MB club as i have felt and performance wise they are mental.

My JPX 4 iron went about 205 yards and my 7 went about 165 on average (i use a trackman a lot)

My first hit with my 245 4 iron on a tackman went 226 yards and the 7 iron has gone around 185 on occasion ha

Defo try them. BRILLIANT clubs

I'm just petrified of any new irons that claim speed and distance, the last time I bought a set based on this they had about a 30 yard distance dispersion in each iron.

I like the look of the 245's but the lofts are way too strong for me.

I can only speak for myself, but I am not seeing that personally.

The jpx were very consistent compared to irons I’ve had in the past.

These appear very similar in that fashion.

Tbh the JPX 923 tours should maybe be on your shortlist to look at. Amazingly forgiving for such small looking heads. Plus they are brilliant on low groove thins. The things travel 95% of the way.
