Mizuno’s custom fitting

As above, all it'll cost you is the price of a new set of bats :)

Enjoy yourself, it's a great way to spend 45 minutes and £315 (if you get the same bats as me ;) ).

cheers lads.

I went to Callaway in Chessington June 2010 for a fitting and they charged £50,
but it would be off set if I purchased a new set. I was just wondering if the same
applied to all fitting centers.

Also, now I want to see if much has changed over the last 18 months in my game.

Pretty sure Hawkeye got charged at Titleist (Mike?) and that Ping charge and offset it if you buy it. I guess there has to be something in it for the manufacturer or you'd have a load of people getting spec'd and buggering off to find the best deal, not necessarily for the make they've just hit.

Yeah its still free, the website gives choices of retailer/local fitting or NFC's. Click on custom fitting and then 'find my dna'.

Its worth doing and highly recommended.

Good luck

With the change of tac by Mizuno there are now a whole lot of well equipped local fitting centres. My last three sets have all been fitted by a local centre and I've certainly had nothing to complain about on any of the fittings. I was able to get a good price for each of the sets I have had fitted. In each instance I bought a set of irons from the shop that was the designated local fitting centre.

I do wish I'd gone through to Glasgow, even once, when the NFC was there , but, not too bothered really. Two good guys in the E'mbra area Kurt Mungall and Scott Gourlay and I think I'd go to one of them next time around if it's another set of Mizzies I'm after (who am I kidding );)
