Midsize grips for golf elbow

Anyone moved up a grip size to help with tendonitis and does it work ?

Moved from steel shafts to graphite. Had it two summers up to that when I was playing a lot about 10 years ago. Not had it whatsoever since the move to graphite, despite playing even more over the last 5 years. Would never touch steel shafts again. Not sure if grip size was a thing then, but someone suggested the graphite shafts and I went for it.

Don’t think grip size makes any difference to elbows.
I have gone to Bryson’s big grips for wrist arthritis but not really convinced it helps much.

Graphite shafts do help though.
