I'm new to forum and looking to play other people in the midlands.

Also liking to join society if anybody knows of any avail.

Welcome to the forum

Youve just missed a couple of Midlands based meets (Forest of Arden and Tadmarton Heath) but theres plenty on here who play in and around the midlands theres bound to be another meet or mini meet arranged in the near future. Cant help on the society I'm afraid but keep an eye on the arrange a game section something is bound to be arranged (probably once Woburn is out of the way in a fortnights time)
