Thanks Crawford for the trip round his new track today. Great game and despite my game folding like a piss-poor poker player on the back 9, it was very enjoyable.

Nice to meet Grumps and Madandra who deservedly won 3&2 against Craw and I. Top blokes and will look forward winning the return match!

The course at Old Course Ranfurly Golf Club was in great nick. The stretch of holes by the river were standout and the 17th and 18th were a great finish. Not sure about the marmite 16th hole...not for me i'm afraid!

Now just a mere 5 week to sharpen up the game before Machrihanish...bring it on!
