Mean and Moody

I've just seen the cover of next month's GM mag with yet another pic of a mean and moody golfer. This time it's Lee Westwood.

He doesn't need to look mean and moody. His image is (used to be) that of someone who was quite happy-go-lucky. However, his rise to the upper echelons of the game combined with his lack of a major seem to have changed this to someone who is under a huge amount of pressure.

I feel if his form continues and if he can regain his old persona he'll win a biggy in the next 12 months.

Wouldn't say that was particularly mean or moody. At the end of the day the cover is about shifting copies of the magazine off the shelf. I'm pretty sure the front cover would have been designed a while back and probably before DC won. Westwood is a recognisable face and so should help floating readers pick a copy up.
