MD Golf Clubs

On a few trips around the local charity shops, in a dark corner of one of them was a set of MD Golf clubs with what I assume are graphite shafts for £25.

My question is, should I have bought them? What brand are they equal to? Are they better than my Sports World Dunlops ?

With a bit of luck, they will be there on Friday when I get the chance to go again. (I doubt it though)

Excellent clubs. I've two of their wedges at home that I used for around 2 years. Were as good as any other wedges I've had and a fraction of the price

Should be better than the dunlop ones but that depends on what Dunlop ones you have.

I'd rate MD as quite a bit better than Dunlop to be honest

The clubs I have were bought in 2006 and they are Dunlop Zenith hybrid clubs. They have been in the shed since then and I took them out for the first time since 2006 when I played my first game and 19 pts stableford the other week. Would I be better with hybrid clubs or a full set of regular clubs?

I'd say MD is fives times better than Dunlop's! MD’s have seriously improved over last few years!

So have Dunlop if you get the correct range but going by the clubs the OP has listed then pretty sure the MD's are definitely better .

I think if they are still there, I will get them. Just didn't want to buy another set of clubs that were just the same as I already have.

MD are a very under rated brand and nothing like Dunlops in terms of quality. Buy them at that price and I reckon you'll get money back or even a hint of profit if you move them on
