Anyone know anything about /recommend a decent mattress, don't want to spend to much . To much jargon on the sites that I don't understand. Have been looking at some ebay shops as they seem to be cheaper.

Cheers

You spend a lot of time in your bed and nothing beats a good nights sleep so spend as much on a mattress as you possibly can.

Have had a full memory foam mattress and pillows for around a year now and I cant recommend them highly enough, feels a bit strange for the first few nights but once your used to it you will sleep like a baby.

They are not for everyone but definitely try one out in a bed store.

ahhh is that what that is, I had one at a house I rented this summer, best sleep in years and no backache in the morning, no noisy springs or roll together or bouncy bed. must look into this closer

But babies wake up every two or three hours for a feed!
I wouldn't want a matress that made me hungry......................................I'd get fat.

Slime.

We have Tempur mattresses on all the beds in our house and they are fantastic. My back pain has reduced by 75% since we got them and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
