Massive ??? for mizuno customer support!

Very impressed with mizuno at the minute.

Last week i went for a fitting with my local Pro and put in a order for jpx919 irons in left handed-was told they would take 10-14 days to arrive however they got delivered 2 days sooner then expect-only problem was that they where right handed! Suffice to say my bubble was well and truly popped!! The next morning the pro phoned mizuno and explained the situation. Mizuno replied that it needed sorted and that they would pull the very best guys they had from the production line to sort it-22hrs after the complaint was lodged I had my new set delivered!!!

Mistakes happen but 10/10 for the way mizuno reacted: would recommend to a friend!!

They rectified their mistake in a timely fashion, can't ask for better.

As for best guys - they got someone to glue in your chosen shaft into the chosen head and then had some grips thrown on. Positive spin on the whole situation. As you say mistakes happen and Mizuno responded as well/if not better than you expected.
