It's definitely not just for golf injuries, although I can imagine it being helpful for those as well. As a runner, I can say that it's been a game changer for my post-run recovery routine. If you're looking for recommendations, I've heard great things about the Theragun and the Hyperice Hypervolt. But honestly, there are so many options out there and it can be overwhelming to choose the best one. They have a guide specifically for runners that might be of interest to you. Overall, I recommend giving a massage gun a try.

In that time it’s never failed to fix an issue. Golfers elbow, shoulder knots and loads of hip and glute Issue.
If you can take the short term agony then they will work wonders.

We bought one last year, it’s excellent. We bought the Pulsio Air (https://pulsio.co.uk/pulsio-air/) for £69 and can’t fault it.
A range of odd looking attachments….🤔🤔 but certainly works wonders on back and shoulder issues. Recently, my feet hurt at the end of the round, this is a godsend when I get home. Literally only a couple of minutes for both feet to leave them feeling fresh and pain free.
