Did a fair bit of tinkering with the bag yesterday
i sold my r15 for a m2
added a 46 degree vokey sm5
and then have ditched the 3 hybrid for £45 on eBay
i now have 15 clubs .. 5 iron has been benched to make it 14

How much did the r15 go for mate? Have you noticed a different between r15 and M1?

The r15 I sold to AG for £100
no difference yet apart from the figures in the testing which were slightly straighter and 15-20 more carry but on course results will be interesting
Temp greens in October seems strange. Had they done any hollow tining or work on them? I think we'll use that as a legitimate excuse. It couldn't be you

oh no was defo me lol I did my back in the day before and I felt it all day.. the temp greens didnt help as I couldnt get to grips with them.. we had 5 on the bounce.. 2-6 then when we got to the 7th I was so used to putting on the temps that I put the ball back off the other side of the green! like glass lol could see the work they were doing putting in drainage for the winter so fair enough
on the 16th I picked up , called the physio booked an appointment lol.. walked away with nearest pin on the 17th.. had my back clicked on the saturday and tuesday went out and hit 41 points

Sorry should have been clearer. The club was £140 still in wrapper being advertised as used but only hit once on a driving range

Down the range this morning.. some nice hits with the M2.. beautiful club.
had the SM5 vokey lie bent back to 63 degree and shaft cut down a bit.. lovely club
just need that M2 16.5 degree fairway to arrive and can start the full work for next season

I've got an R15 that I'm about to shift on mate. The only issue is that it might be head only as I don't know which shaft I'm gonna put into the M2. The 15 currently has a Rogue black stiff in it, but it might just have a Fujikura Speeder evolution stiff once I've tried them both properly.

I tried AG mate and they told me they didn't have it in stock because it's old and to check their site...
It was stil around £230 on their site!

Personally I wonder why you have a 5 wood and 3 Hybrid?
I replaced my 5 wood with a 3 Hybrid. But if you hit you're 5 wood great - ditch the 3 hybrid?! I'd go to the range and test your distances and make sure you have a good distance spacing.
Also I feel you have a lot of wedges meaning you could probably ditch the 50d as you could easaily control the distances with your pitching wedge (full, 3/4 or half swing)
Don't know if this would be food for thought!

ill be keeping the wedges as I love the gapping however your are probably correct and if I was to buy again I'd get say a 48, 52 and a 56 with a 60 possible.. but I'm set now
the 3 hybrid is gone sold on eBay
The 3 wood is going however has been replaced with a 16.5 degree m2 3 wood
