HI all, never been on a forum of any kind before, i have a website that i would like to show you regarding a new golf cup that i have made for home golfers and green keepers, is that allowed for me to direct you to the site, dont want to break any rules on my first go!.

Thanks very much for your comments as it is commercial, it would be great to have some feedback on what i have done either good or bad, i have had an article in the local paper about it and will be doing a radio interview soon re my new golf cup.
In the mean time could i ask anyone out there if they know anything about the origin of the golf cup, when it was first used, or when the modern plastic cup was made.
Dont you think it is funny that a golf shop sells everthing for golf and more, but if you want to buy a golf cup you have to go on line.

Probably because no golfers would usually buy a "golf cup", well ok maybe a very very very small percentage might want to .... so why bother stocking something that nobody will buy?

Well i know that it is not a big selling but there are plenty of websites that sell golf cups for home golfers to practice putting, that have a silly flag sticking out of the cup in the middle of the lawn, very unsightly in the garden and a trip hazard, possible thats why they dont sell so many. i am sure mine will be a lot better as it is unseen in the garden and impossible to trip over.
