Looking for some golf buddies around East Sussex

Recently moved to Lewes and started playing golf over the past few months. Played a few courses like Lewes, Horam, and Eastbourne. My friends availability isn’t great and I want to play more. So would be great to play with some people around East Sussex who wouldn’t mind playing with a newbie

Here's a link to the earlier thread, we don't play weekends as we're mostly retired but you would be welcome to join us for a round at Seaford on a Wednesday or a Friday, I just need two weeks notice, we're very friendly and most of us are mid to high twenties handicaps so not too intimidating for a newbie.

Hi all, I'm getting back to playing the game after a 20 year break and am looking for some golfing buddies around the East Sussex area. Can play weekends, some weekdays and early evenings. Would love to hear from anyone in the area.

Hi Ruzbuk I'm not sure how well your search went as I have only just found the site. I have taken up golf again after a long break but used to be a mid handicapper. I am based in Hove and lack golfing pals as I can play weekdays. I don't mind a drive to play, indeed it would be nice to see some different courses. I like to observe the protocol but it should be fun. Let me know if we can arrange something.

Not great and somewhat gave up ha! It would be great to arrange something. I usually play early evenings during the week if that suits your availability usually around 6/6:30 or with enough notice I can fit in 9 holes during the day. Other than that I can do most weekends as well.

Hi there, sorry I didn't reply before but life intervened and then forgot where I had answered. It turns out my availability is almost the opposite of yours so sadly it wouldn't be a fit. Good luck with your search.
