Cant log in at all on Firefox, my preferred browser. I have to open Chrome up just to log in to the site, meaning I have two browsers open, which isnt ideal.
Any news on the problem yet? Chrome works, IE works, Firefox doesnt, so a plug in required..
Another quirk that I've observed - and am using this thread to confirm.
If I post in a thread accessed from the 'New Posts' search, then hit the 'New Posts' again, the thread I've just posted in, which should be near the top, isn't listed!
Of course it wouldn't be displayed!! It's not a new post. You've just posted in it therefore obviously read it.
The new posts button is to display UnRead Posts.

Well, that sure as heck ain't what used to happen! What used to happen was exactly 'New Posts'. And I believe that a refresh, or maybe even just a 'Go back' would display the previous list, with my post identified as the latest - even slightly out of time sequence.
And if the 'New Posts' button is to display UnRead posts, then surely it should say 'Unread Posts'!!!!!
Please pass my query to the appropriate techy bod - Monday will do. Remember that you are a Mod, not a User Support guy! That's presuming that, after the availability issue, there is some sort of issue resolution escalation process!
Oh, and I can confirm that after having read the page that the last post is on, then hitting 'New Posts', the thread will disappear from the list - unless someone adds a new post in the meantime. So yes 'Threads with Unread Posts' is what the 'New Post' button gets.
Yeah it was broken before but now its working as it should be.
The thread will show up again in New Posts once somebody makes a New Post on the thread. Until it becomes a new post in the new posts area it will only be an old post and not be displayed with the new posts because its old and needs to be new to go in the new posts list lol.
Already addressed this issue with tech team and that's what I understood as the reason lol.
