Maybe Phil the fragger can help here or someone that is more comuter literate than me.

For some reason My settings have been changed , something related to cookies oerhaps but I now have to keep logging in my user deatails when I go to Golf Monthly or other sites eg ebay. I always presss the button to save my details.

Any thoughts please

I expect your "accept cookies" are/is disabled in your settings. I had this. R U on IE, Chrome, or Firefox?

On chrome, for example it's "wrench button" - settings - advanced settings -content settings - cookies.

You will have choices. You can block them all and "manage" exceptions. OR let them all run.

I personally let them all run and then clear them on exit from the internet.

ThanksRG but unfortunatel it is still too technical what you said. I am on Internet Explorer and have malwarebytes, not sure whether that helps!Should I accept all cookies then?

go into TOOLS>Internet Options, and the GENERAL tab at the top, look halfway down and is the 'clear browsing history on exit' got a tick, if so untick it.

Under Privacy (2 along from General) is the INTERNET ZONE slider on Medium? if so thats fine, if not slide it to medium

Did it work? I use chrome mostly and chrome has a useful function to clear stuff. I think it's shift control and delete at the same time. This opens up options that are remembered by the computer. I have all the boxes ticked APART from the "saved passwords". Chrome then gets rid of everything in one swoop. I like chrome, seems faster then the others and have not had any problems.
