LitePower - anyone had this problem?

Came to charge my lithium battery & found that the pin from the middle of the hole where you stick the charger has sheared off. It has broken off cleanly & had a piece of what appeared to be solder sticking to it. It's about 3 years old & I got it used, together with a trolley I bought, so I have no receipt. I managed to get a used one for £100 from a local pro shop & they've offered to find out from LitePower whether the broken one can be repaired.

Anyone had a similar experience?

Bill , Litepower lithium battery is made by Mottocaddy ,contact them, they were very helpful when i called them.:thup:
Litepower don't seem to take or return calls or emails

Thanks for that. I've actually spoken to LitePower in the past & they were very helpful. The pro has direct contact with them as he is a Motocaddy agent so I'll leave it with him.
