Well I got my 0.1 so you've company! Started ok but had some silly shots and bit of bad luck! On the upside I did hit some great shots and the driver was behaving most of the time!

Kind of feels like my round. Hit some good shots but had no consistency. Started well but never felt comfortable with my swing

I matched my partners 0.1 increase. Providing he does nothing daft like getting cut before Sunday May 5th and if I go up in the stableford the day before we'll both be off 11. Not ideal but gives us a sporting chance in the big pairs event at the club

Mate, if I'm still playing like this on the 5th I could play of 18 and not compete. You'd be better of me getting cut

I have got the semi finals of the winter fousomes next Sunday, but hoping for a nice big cut tomorrow in one of our biggest comps of the season. Confident that you are playing well is much better fror me than going up a shot.

Just had a look at the morning Selborne Salver results, and one of the plus handicaps that mysteriously joined the Club recently is leading with a gross 64. Local knowledge ? There was also a hole in one on the 15th.
