That is a real shame! I was really fortunate to stumble across it when I went up to play at Carnoustie. However the signs were then 18 months ago really that it was not looking to promising. The course, A1, I absolutely loved it, but the golf reception desk and general facilities were, well… not brilliant. To me that doesn't spoil it one iota but i can see that it could put people off.

The biggest alarm bell was when they tried to offer me, from Shropshire, annual membership at a reduced rate!

I hope it gets up and running, even if it takes a Kohler or someone of that ilk to keep it running long term!
