Lesson booked for tomorrow

Booked up for tomorrow at 6pm. Hopefully cure my drive issue!!!

It's going to be video analysed too. How do you guys rate this?

Personally think all lessons should be videod in the modern technological age, so much easier to understand what a pro is telling you if he can show youn on the screen too

Have booked a short game/putting lesson for a couple of hours myself for later in the week, something I prob should have done 6 weeks ago

Well my driving just changed over night then I changed driver so I think I just need that outside opinion to tell me what to do and change.

It's my first lesson in years.

Happy to help if i can, used to play off much lower and help one or 2 friends who are higher handicaps.

I have a decent understanding of the swing, that said I find it easier to help others than myself, albeit a decent slow mo camera has started to close the gap

Make sure you're fully warmed up before the lesson starts.
Make it clear to the pro what you want from the lesson and if you dont understand anything, ASK.

When I change something in someone's set up or swing, I always explain why I'm making the change and how it will benefit their game.

My teaching pro tends to video a swing from behind and at the side once we get into the lesson and again at the end once we've worked on the problem and the fix and e-mails both to me to keep so I can se where I was going wrong and where I should be in the swing to get it right.

I agree totally with Bob. Its your lesson so make sure you tell him what you want to do and ask why he's changing something if you don't understand. I tend to get there about 20 minutes before the lesson and hit a small bucket with wedges up to about a 7 iron just to get loose
