Lastpass help?

Anyone use Lastpass, or one of the other password manager sites advice how to use on downloaded programs you log into?

Am doing a trial on Lastpass but have not found a way to store the passwords where I have a program or a sites client downloaded onto my pc that you log into. The main ones for me are poker sites where I have the client on my pc but I want the password manager to log me in directly without going via the sites webpage. Am sure there must be a way and just cant see it, can anyone help plse?

I use lastpass and I do recognise this behaviour on some sites, clients. I'd say 95% of the time it works well. Depends how often you use poker client apps I suppose.

Less than I used to do but still enough to be annoying if I cant get them to auto login. Theres also a few bits of trading software etc that sit over other sites that are of the same ilk to me

Guess Ill have to store passwords in the vault and then copy them across each time I log in for these type of programs


Does lastpass work pretty well for you? Would you recommend it? Any other issues I may come across? Seems to work ok in the main on the PC, next for the phone I guess!

I find the phone complete rubbish!! Andriod phone .. it's constantly saying do you want to save to last pass ..when ur just clicking random things

Prefer using Google passwords in chrome

Yuck, not what i wanted to hear, want to move the passwords away from google on the phone!

I've had Last Pass for 6 months or so. I have it on my works computer, home tablet and phone, android. Works great for me, no issues.

I don't understand the issue Fundy has. Not because Last Pass is so good, I just can't work out what the issue is

Ill try and explain, its basically programs/clients you download and the program runs on your computer, but you have to log in to the online server when the program boots before using. Was looking to add lastpass to that log in part of the process. Not sure thatll explain it lol

Beyond my knowledge I'm afraid. I use it for more regular stuff and for that it is fine. It's really easy on my phone as it works with the fingerprint gizmo to open it.

Have you seen the film Tenet? I keep re-reading your post and I have a similar level of comprehension of that as I do your requirement ?. (If you haven't seen the film then this will be lost on you, sorry)
