Does my spreadsheet not help here? Do I need to add more buttons?

EDIT: Try going "offline", turn off all firewalls and antivirus etc and then run the uninstaller.

Click Start, then type msconfig into run, then hit the startup tab
take the tick out of the justcloud program
hit apply, OK and restart machine
Hopefully that should stop it loading although it will still be on your system it shouldnt cause any problems
as for your desktop....

If you have gone down the reformat route and one of the disks has failed, you are royally screwed mate.

Only thing I can suggest is that you try and run the system disk again from scratch and keep everything crossed

PM Me if you need any more help

The issue is because the "installer" is also the uninstaller, it tries to go online but the firewall or other program refuses, the program gets confused and the error is produced. Just going offline forces it not to require contact with any servers and having the firewall off ensures no errors for firewall blocks are encountered if it does try, the "installer" uninstaller can run unhindered and the program is gone :D

I have encountered this before... Its VERY annoying
