I had a good day yesterday at a society day at Foxhills in Surrey. Despite not playing for a while with a bad back and worrying prior to the round i posted a 32. 34 won on the day. Although alittle all over the shop i feel persevering in the winter i was able to put right bad shots and still score well. What effect does winter golf have on others?

None I play $hit anytime of the year as my course is links winter does not really make any difference to me slightly more wind and the occasional drop of rain I suppose

What effect does winter golf have on others?

I tend to play well in the winter as I am poor at chipping and putting and find the slower greens easy to play at and on.
