Just played the round of my life............

Hi All,
Just had a round of Golf today with one of my Mates, at our Club
And Although Ive playing Really well lately since my return from Back injury, and shot some good scores, today was better than Ive EVER Scored in the 10 years Ive been playing, and just wanted to share, as all us golfers do, as Im still on a high.......

I shot a Gross 68 , - 4 LOWEST Score Ive EVER recorded
I started off with Birdies on 1 & 2, great start, but often some of my best rounds for some reason are those that start with a Bogey at the 1st hole

Anyway , Front 9, birdie, birdie, bogey, par, par, par, eagle, birdie, par 33 out -4 at turn

Then got to 10th tee, 2 other groups waiting ( seniors comp today ) , anyway, 20minutes later we tee off, I only went and duffed my iron shot on the par3 and Bogeyed :angry:

So back 9 went, bogey, par, par, par, par, par, par, birdie, par 35 in , for a *68*

Must just say, 2 winter greens on, but their lack of distance is balanced out by the fact u are just putting on the Fairway ( unprepared winters )

Yes, OS , The NEW Driver ( Ping i20 ) is going great, But I think not only did I have a good swing day (obvious I know) BUT for ONCE I actually Holed some Bleeding PUTTS........27 Putts today, reckon that makes ALL the difference

My Previous Best was a 72 , level Par ( twice ) at same club, and 72 at a friends course too
