Hi Folks

As some may know I was lucky enough to be chosen to get fitted for some Benross clubs last year. They are great clubs, but I just cannot get on with the Rip Speed 2 driver I was fitted for. It came with a stiff shaft is 10 degrees loft and has a golf pride multi compound grip.

Having had a go on a Ping G25 driver, the Benross driver is sitting in the cupboard redundant so I wanted to pass this on to the forum....for nothing.

I think the fairest way is to drop me a PM before next Saturday (7th Feb) and I will select a winner by random.

I will pay postage, but all I ask is you make a donation to Help for Heroes - whatever you see fit.

Pictures of the club below - it really is a good looking stealth-like number....just a shame I couldnt get it to work for me!!

Thats a very generous thought. Can I make a suggestion though? Instead of just giving it away why not hang on to it until this years H4H meet (assuming there will be one) and donate it as an auction prize?

I could do, but it is used - not sure how attractive a 2nd hand driver would be as a prize?

Rather than a prize, why not put it up as an auction item and raise some H4H money that way? :thup:

That's what I meant, maybe prize wasn't the best word!

we did this at my other club i sold all the tickets. guess who won the set of clubs i promptly gave them to a members son

Sorry only just seen this. Very kind gesture.

Agree it would be difficult to sell a second hand club at the H4H auction on the day, so perhaps either auction on the forum or sell at a fixed price with payment direct to the H4H site that Rick will set up shortly.

*UPDATE*

Thanks to those that dropped me a PM for this club and I have responded directly to all.

To offer the best opportunity to raise some cash for HFH I will now raffle this club for a small entry cost. Hopefully, this will generate some interest.

I will start a new thread with details as soon as these are finalised.
