They'll either be out of existence or joining "The Rangers" next season.
How I'll chuckle.
What a great league this would be without the old farm.
What a great league this would be without the old farm.
Here we go again......Competitive league yes but great,no.
It would be utterly devoid of any quality, worse than it is at the moment, hard to think it would be but it would.
Great?
As in Conference great I take it?
The quicker my team get out of it the better.Sadly it won't happen.

It doesn't have the old firm it has Celtic![]()

Great as in more enjoyable.
Are you saying that a more competitive league is a bad thing for Scottish football? Surely not!
You must be yearning for the return of your rivals to increase the "quality" in the SPL!![]()
No a more competitive league would be great but it isn't going to be the case anytime soon as we have 1 club that financially has looked after itself while pretty much the rest are on their backside because they have spewed money away paying 4th rate johnny foreigners and spent way beyond their means. The current 2nd biggest club in terms of support may easily be playing Sevco next year and the rest are floundering badly and need to start looking at developing home grown lads to save on costs but again bar a couple of teams this appears to not be happening.
The big 2 leaving the country set up would kill the game dead and leave us internationally looking at years of pot 5 rankings but the diddy club supporters seem to yearn for this to happen.
It is just plain weird that they cannot see the shape of how things would be long term.

"The big 2 leaving the country set up would kill the game dead".
I presume by "The big 2" you're referring to Celtic and TheRangers?
So you must mean the game in Scotland will be better when The Rangers return to the top flight.
Joined at the hip or what?
Oh the irony!
Hours away from the Bank of Scotland closing your club for good. Such short and selective memories.

But they didn't, Celtic resurrected itself financially and has spent within its means ever since, rebuilding a Stadium and building a training complex.
1 year later your club became the only club in Scotland outwith Rangers and Celtic to spend £1m on a player and look how that turned out. Worth pointing if Stewart Milne didn't keep digging deep Aberdeen would be in deeper soapy bubbles than they are currently.
Get your fact right old been, Milne has not put a penny into Aberdeen. Between him and AAM they have however guaranteed the debt to the bank. Aberdeen are also a poor example as they are probably the safest club out with Celtic due to Milne.
